It's not about us. LifeSpring Church seeks to be a missional church by investing money, time, and people resources to projects around the world. Here are some of the ways we seek to touch the world with the message of Jesus:
In the last three years, LSC has given over half a million dollars to mission causes in the local area, in the U.S., and around the world. Each Sunday, through the Cooperative Program, part of our offerings voluntarily goes to the Kansas/Nebraska Convention, the North American Mission Board, and the International Mission Board of the SBC. This funds over 10,0000 missionaries around the world so that they do not have to spend time raising their own support.
LifeSpring has sponsored the start of several churches in Omaha. One of those is the Church of Faith, Arabic, a Sudanese congregation. In 2006, a team from LifeSpring started a church in rural Zambia. A team returned in 2008 to strengthen and train the small congregation. Our newest church plant is Sojourn Church which meets in the Mall of the Bluffs in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
